Refund Policy.

  • When you registered a Offline services/Online training course on thehttps://pioneerfoods.in you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions .
  • Cancellation : Offline services/Online Training ,We understand that you can change your mind. We know that some of our Training course might not be 100% relevant to you in your current need. You can cancel online programme any time subjected to Refunds which are mentioned below
  • Refund : That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a 100% of course fee paid will be refunded If the cancellation is done by customer/participant at least 24 hrs before start training session scheduled time . 50% of course fee paid will be refunded If the cancellation is done by the customer before 12 hrs within by start of training session time scheduled , No refund course fee will be made if intimated after 12hrs within by start of training session time scheduled , offline services will not be refunded advance amount.
  • Duplicate payment if happened
  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
